VORAX

Talk to us

VORAX is built and run by one person — a Suno producer, not a support department. That means there is no ticket queue and no bot: whatever you send lands in front of a human who can actually fix it. Broken feature, weird charge, refund, or just an idea you want to see shipped — all of it is welcome. Answered usually within 24 hours.

EMAIL
VORAXSTUDIO@hotmail.com

Best for anything with a payment, an invoice or a bug you can describe in detail. You can also just hit Reply on any email we send you.

INSTAGRAM DM

My personal account — not a brand page. Fastest way to reach me for “this is broken right now”. Screenshots welcome.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

None of this is required — send what you have and we'll work it out. It just gets you an answer faster:

  • The email address on your account (so we can find you).
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if something looked wrong on screen.
  • For billing: the date and amount, or the last four digits of the card.

BILLING, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Write to VORAXSTUDIO@hotmail.com and we'll sort it out — including refunds. You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your account page, and it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Charges from VORAX may appear on your bank statement under a different trading name. If you see something you don't recognise, ask us before disputing it — it is almost always faster to resolve directly.

PRIVACY & YOUR DATA

For data-protection requests — access, correction, deletion, portability — write to martir1346@gmail.com, the data controller named in our Privacy Policy. We answer within 30 days as required by the GDPR. You can also export everything we hold on you instantly from your account page.

PRESS & PARTNERSHIPS

Logos, screenshots, brand colours and founder bio are on the press kit page — no need to email first.

Before you write: a lot of questions are already answered on the FAQ. If yours isn't there, that's a gap on our side, not yours — tell us and it gets added.
